Between Rock and Hard Place

Due to the US's Food Stamp Program not auditing my paychecks each month, I am now being sued for Repayment of Funds. According to them, I made over the allowed amount of money within a three month period, due to commission bonuses I earned.

US Food Stamps are asking for a base of $1440, which doesn't include whatever fees may be applied.  I'm asking for $2000, just to make sure I can cover any fees that may arise from their pursuit of repayment.

Unfortunately, I need the funds before January 20th, or at least enough for a down-payment to start a payment plan.  Right now, I'm only getting $70/week from Unemployment; not near enough to make payments and still have money for gas, groceries, and monthly car insurance payments.  I would appreciate any help that I can get.
