My name is Cotee Christina Harper I am the youngest daughter of  the Late Vernon Harper . On May 12th 2018  at 12:35 am at Scarborough Grace Hospital  in Toronto Ontario Lost my father.  He will be dearly missed by his family ,friends ,community of Toronto and across.  I have started on the behalf of the family this  Gofundme  page to support all cost for Resting Place: ( burial, head stone, bench /Funeral cost Please Help  donate to Vernon Harper so we can give back for all of his kind deeds and his many years of service to our community the people.   Not everyone of his family or who he  knew  and loved will be able to attend. so  it is very important not just to me and  my mother but to all, that we have a place to go and visit for the physical . but we all know he will for ever live on in our hearts .
