Disabled tenant being evicted for calling 911

Hello, my name is Michael Brown. I am permanently disabled and wheelchair bound with progressive multiple sclerosis. On April 17th we were served with an order to vacate on or before April 30th. So my family will be evicted from the apartment community we have lived at for 14 years. This is happening because on April 3rd my wife was assaulted by another resident. My wife called 911 and reported the assault. Because a report was filed, the apartment management, Cortland Properties, decided to evict us. Due to medical considerations, this move is as cruel as it is practically impossible.  We need to raise money for legal defense and moving expenses.
