I’m an upcoming artist by the name of J Canvas who paints and makes music as an independent artist. I am also a single mother of a beautiful 3 year old who I support all by myself. After the cost of living month to month sometimes I cannot afford to buy art supplies or have studio time to lay down my tracks.
