Battle to Beat MS

Donation protected
Was diagnosed on Oct 21st this past year with Multiple Sclerosis. Needless to say the diagnosis was ground shaking! When I informed my employer (NMDOT)about my diagnosis I was placed on light duty not allowed to drive or operate any state vehicles or equipment not able to drive my dump truck or plow snow and now currently I am on FEMLA ( Family emergency medical leave act) which means I will not be receiving a paycheck for the next three months unless I receive some donated leave from fellow state employees. I have some very difficult days and days that my mind does not want to work that I can't concentrate I can't focus I forget things, times that I can't walk without holding on to My Wife or something. I have just started seeing a new neurologist and I'm anxious to start some kind of MS therapy but he wants me to go to the MS clinic up in Albuquerque and there's going to be traveling and medical expenses I have already been piling up. My wife Shelley is an amazing woman who also works for the state of New Mexico but I feel like this is so much of a burden on her because now everything hinges on her and her ability to keep us afloat, I know that my God is in control and HE knows what is going on and what we are going through, it's not my job to question why it's just my job to keep my eyes and my heart open to what's to come. Thank you so much in advance for your time and your consideration but mainly your prayers thank you!!!
