Band Together for Ben

Donation protected
At the age of 19, just after his freshman year of college at SUNY Albany, Ben was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), otherwise known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. This is a disease that normally strikes people between the ages of 40-70, but Ben's case is very rare. ALS is a progressive neurodegenerative disease which effects a person's muscles. Over time you begin to lose the ability to do simple daily activities. Since it's a progressive disease  there comes a stage when a person becomes paralyzed.
Ben, his family, and friends have not given up hope; their faith is strong. There is a new treatment that will be available in the U.S starting August 1st that Ben is eligible to recieve, but the cost for this treatment alone is over $100,000.
Help us give Ben the fighting chance that he deserves.

Other ways to help are by donating baskets or attending Ben's benefit on Sunday, October 1st from 1pm-5pm at the Elwood Fire Hall in Tonawanda, NY. You can contact Maureen Donnelly, the added beneficiary in charge, at (716) [phone redacted] for tickets and information.

Maureen Donnelly was updated as the beneficiary in charge of all funds/benefits that will be going right to the Cambria Family. A bank account was set up in Ben's name where all the funds will be available to Ben. Thank you to everyone who has helped this journey so far!
