Bailey is a 10 year old Shiba Inu mix and she needs surgery to repair her torn ACL and miniscus.
Initially, we were told it was a partial tear of the ACL and tried physical therapy for her injuries. She was a good candidate and we were hopeful, but her condition quickly deteriorated and we are now told surgery is her only option. She can no longer put weight on her leg and we are heartbroken by her pain.
Aside from the ACL injury, Bailey is in perfect health and is spry and playful. She wants to run and jump but is unable because of her injury. This surgery will do more than extend her life, it will give her life again.
