Hero Dogz

My dogs and I have had a tough time for many years including losing our home in a freak downburst during a storm and flood.
Both Bristol and Tess were badly injured by a falling tree.  Tess never fully recovered recently passed away and her daughter "Bristol" has had health problems since the flood. Her Thyroid and a major allergy effecting her mood, health and hair, and she has serious back problems from the blow she took.
I've done all I can and spent as much as I had trying to help her. She has most of her hair back, but needs more tests and a surgery for her back.
She was once, one of the most agile, active dogs who loved every day. Today, she cries when she see's other dogs playing and I can not take her out with the rest of the dogs for playtimes as it is so heart breaking.

Bristol is my greatest worry but her Dad "Scout" (Screen Left) is in need of medications I can not keep ahead of right now too. "Duchess" is her sister (screen Right) and 12 years old like Bristol, but apart from a recent cold, seems to be doing well.
I'm currently unable to work and under the care of the Veterans Administration Health System. I spend 5 days a week at the VA and they are with their help I am trying to recover and get back to work, but its slow going. I really hate asking for help, but can not stand to see my pups suffer.
The VA is helping with cost of living but have no means of assisting with the dogs and so - after much prodding - we are here on GoFundMe.
I have found and repaired an old camera I had years ago and hope to post pictures I am taking now to help raise awareness for Bristol and other dogs of At Risk Vets like myself.  I do not consider myself a victim and wouldn't even be here, but we need help and any help we get will be more appreciated than I can express.
