Send Baconsale to Meet Beckinsale

About a year ago, three men decided to start a podcast about pop-culture-related topics. Kent, Joel and Jacob wanted a name that would mean something to them and appeal to a wide audience. The name they chose was "Baconsale." This name was a combination of Kent and Joel's #1 celebrity crush, Kate Beckinsale, and the man who is connected to every celebrity, Kevin Bacon. Our tagline reads "An improv actor and a movie critic with mutual love for Kate Beckinsale debate everything else" and we have referenced Ms. Beckinsale on numerous episodes.

And now, Baconsale has the opportunity to meet their namesake. Kate Beckinsale is coming to Salt Lake Comic Con and Kent, Joel and Jacob want to meet her. However, seeing as how podcasting isn't a full-time job and all those sponsorships from Disney Cruises and Taco Bell aren't rolling in, they're asking for your help. We need $500 to cover the cost of attending Salt Lake Comic Con, the autograph meeting and the Photo Op, matching Baconsale shirts (one for Ms. Beckinsale) and, if we get the full amount, a cardboard cutout of Kevin Bacon to bring to the Photo Op.
