My name is Daniel Garcia and two of my close family members Alvaro Jimenez y Cassia Milena in Guatemala were blessed with a newborn recently. Kael is little angel that just landed in the planet with a heart condition. There's a blockage in one of the main arteries and is preventing his body from receiving enough blood. His little heart is trying really hard to pump the blood. He just came out of a surgery and they are keeping him stable but unfortunately he is still not ok and needs to travel to the United States to be treated properly otherwise he could loose his precious life and we would lose a little angel brother.  The medical bill is ridiculous and my family just doesn't have the funds to cover this. Just the air ambulance is  $25,000.

Please open your heart to help Kael's heart heal.  I know it's a lot of money but if we all come together we can make a difference.
