Baby Chad Emmanuel Dixon was born to Lori Elise Dixon on April 20, 2016. Baby Chad recently passed away on April 13, 2017. Due to this sudden death, the family is asking for assistance with Funeral Arrangements. We truly appreciate anything to help make this process smooth as we prepare to say goodbye to our angel.
