Greg Hall's New Start Kidney Fund

$6,850 of $30,000 goal

Raised by 37 people in 54 months
Hello. My name is Greg Q Hall, and I’m in dire need of a kidney transplant. I’m a 29 year old student, who will graduate in August of 2015 with an associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy. I plan on finishing my education with a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy by 2019. I have been married to the love of my life for 10 years, and we have three beautiful, amazing kids. I recently moved my family back to Oklahoma City so I could pursue my education, help others, and ultimately provide for them comfortably. About a year after I moved back, I found out my kidneys was failing and they were going fast. As of June 2nd 2014, I have a combined kidney function of less than 10%. I’m currently on dialysis, and dialyze seven days a week. My family and I pray daily, hoping I get a kidney transplant before I graduate school. In the meantime, my wife and I are having a horrible time trying to keep up with bills since I had to walk away from my job. Now I’m raising money for the cost of the transplant, the medicine I will need to take for the rest of my life,  and to cover donor expense. I ask that you please help me live a long and healthy life so I can raise my family and help others. My goal is to raise $200,000 by August of 2015. Please give what you can, every dollar helps. I will be updating my status to let you know how things progress. Thank you so much.

The Lord has been sooo good to me. I often think "what did I do to deserve the over abundance of blessings he is pouring on me and my family". Then I usually go to a quiet place drop to my knees and thank him while tears are falling down my face. I thank God for my family and friends and new friends I have meet along the way. I thank Jason for letting the Lord use him to bless me with a kidney. Because of his obedience I will soon start my career as an Occupational Therapist Assistance where I have an opportunity to help a lot of people in many ways. I love that guy Jason and his beautiful family. Yall have a blessed day.

WOW... eight more days of dialysis and I'm done. Thank you to everyone who has been praying and donating. I am so excited and nervous (mostly for Jason) and happy. I want to just sleep for a week so Monday can be here already.

Hello everyone. My life changing surgery is one month away. I need your help to raise the money in order to pay for the medicine that I will need after the surgery. The money I raise will give me a 5 to 6 month head start before I have to pay for the medicine myself or until insurance kicks in wherever I start my new career. Please help and give what you can and share with others thank you.
