Help me get somewhere safe!

I currently live in a off grid location. I have no running water, no heat, no electricity. I chose to move here, as I had no where else to go at the time, and I was offered at least shelter and I took it. Now I have a friend from high school who lives across the country, and has offered me the ability to stay with her, rent free. Her health is failing her, and she is legally disabled, and needs a caretaker. I am looking forward to being able to help her, and get myself into a better situation. But to do this, I need some help getting there. I was gifted a truck, but it needs registration, and tires to make the trip. I also need gas money and some money for food and lodgings, as the trip will take about a week, driving 12 hours a day. Anything you can give helps, as I need to get on the road before the hard onset of winter comes on and the snows fall and travel becomes even more treacherous, and so does living off grid.
