My dad was called home to be my guardian angel on July 4th as we were enjoying family time on the Tar River. You may have heard the story on the news. He was missing for a day and a half. When they found him the rescuers said something incapacitated his ability to call for help. He was swimming in the water one minute and gone the next and forevermore. He had no insurance and we are a pay check to pay check family. He was vital and vibrant and healthy so there was also no insurance of any kind. We are cremating him and holding a memorial at our home to make things as affordable as possible. Thank you in advance for any help that you can give.
