Mi nombre es Kitzia Oropeza, y esta campaña es para recaudar fondos para el tratamiento de mi hermano Jhonattan Oropeza quien tiene 27 años, vive en Caracas - Venezuela, joven animado con toda una vida por delante.
En Julio 2018 sufrió un golpe en la cabeza (zona frontal derecha) y a raíz de ello empezó a desarrollar la inflamación que pueden ver en la foto (portada de la campaña). Debido a esta inflamación fue examinado por especialistas y hecho una variedad de exámenes durante meses que finalizaron con el diagnóstico de: HEMATOMA SUBDURAL FRONTOTEMPORAL DERECHO + HEMATOMA SUBGALEAL EXPANSIVO, con esto se procedió a la respectiva intervención quirúrgica necesaria (Noviembre 2018).
En el seguimiento postoperatorio, los resultados de la biopsia del cuerpo extraído en la intervención revelaron el diagnóstico: LINFOMA NO HODGKIN DIFUSO DE CÉLULAS GRANDES INMUNOFENOTIPO B, y el especialista manifiesta que mi hermano presenta lesiones tumorales a nivel parotídeo derecho, indicando el tratamiento específico necesario para el caso que consiste en QUIMIOTERAPIA CADA 21 DIAS A BASE DEL ESQUEMA R-CHOP.
Esta gran ayuda que por ahora se limita a solo apoyo económico se usará para la adquisición de todos los medicamentos y para realizar todos los exámenes necesarios previos y los que surjan durante todo este proceso. Recurrimos a esta herramienta porque mi familia ha agotado todos los recursos económicos durante esta primera etapa (exámenes, intervención quirúrgica y post-operatorio) y no dispone del dinero necesario para continuar con esta lucha, en Venezuela la adquisición de este tipo de tratamiento es cada dia mas dificil.

My name is Kitzia Oropeza, and this campaign is to raise funds for the treatment of my brother Jhonattan Oropeza who is 27 years old, lives in Caracas - Venezuela, a young man with a whole life ahead of him.
In July 2018 he suffered a blow to the head (right front area) and as a result he began to develop the inflammation that can be seen in the photo (cover of the campaign). Due to this inflammation he was examined by specialists and made a variety of tests for months that ended with the diagnosis of: "HEMATOMA FRONTOTEMPORAL SUBDURAL DERECHO + HEMATOMA EXPANSIVO SUBGALEAL", based on this, he was surgically intervented (November 2018).
In the postoperative follow-up, the biopsy results made to the extracted body in the intervention revealed the diagnosis: IMMUNOPHENOTYPING OF DIFFUSE LARGE B-CELL LYMPHONA (DLBCL), and the specialist manifested that my brother presents tumoral lesions at the right parotid level, indicating the specific treatment necessary for the case that consists of CHEMOTHERAPY EVERY 21 DAYS BASED ON THE R-CHOP SCHEME.
This great help, for now limited to only financial support, will be used for the acquisition of all medications and for carrying out all the needed previous examinations and those that arise during this entire process. We came up to this platform because my family has exhausted all the economic resources during the first stage (exams, surgical and post-operative intervention) and does not have the necessary money to continue with this fight, in Venezuela the acquisition of this type of treatment is every day more difficult.
