Hello, it’s Kathleen, and this is the second time I am sending out a campaign to ask for your support to help with the many the costs of writing and publishing a book. The first was the official marketing-of-the-book, and why I needed your support to birth this book into the world. Many of you responded and I have felt so supported. Thank you so very much.
But I finished the book last year, and it’s only getting published this Spring. I got scared. I felt so vulnerable on so many levels, and not just about possible rejection, but also about the depth to which I share in the book. If you read the book, you will understand that my feeling fear is not the norm, but part of what I have learned to honor in myself.
I am not a person who will allow Fear to stop me from my dream, however. I have longed to write a very personal and powerful book about healing for a very long time, and I know it is needed. I believe in the power of transformation and true healing, and it has everything to do with love, the great anti-dote to fear.
I found this quote written in an old mini journal of wisdom sayings. I failed to put the author down, and I may have written it myself: “We must learn to live not without fears, but without the FEAR that paralyzes. We must cultivate a largess of Presence that wraps around our fears. “
So that is what I have done.
Loveseed: The Template For Birthing A New World, will be out Spring, 2018! It is the story of my quest, or rather, the quest, and how I came to place my faith fully in the power of love. It is the story of how to live from the coded essence inside you that carries the blueprint for your best life, your loveseed.
I wrote this book to both inspire and instruct you, because this path of awakening is truly the road less travelled in a world of quick fixes and sound bites to enlightenment. I know from personal experience!
This book will help you see your own life with new eyes, so that a vision begins to form from the very core of your being, as to how you can make your world ---the world----a better place.

The Vietnamese teacher Thich Nhat Hanh said that "the next Buddha will be a community." Spreading the message for this campaign to friends via email or social media would mean so much to me. Many of you know and believe in my work, but most people do not, so I ask you to get behind my vision of a world where conscious awakening and transformation is at last recognized as a path to true freedom.
If you check out the rewards section, I have offered those who can contribute a webinar: "Why It Requires Big Courage To Walk The Spiritual Path...And How You Can Tap Into It, among other things. For the huge donation of $5000, I have a magnificent painting from a Balinese artist named Made Wiante, which I bought in Paris in 1998. It has been a part of my temple since then, and is worth $7,500. Dimensions are approx. 4'x5'. It is from his Calligraphy period.
