Transportation for Autistic Teen

My daughter, having autism, and myself who's on disability,  need a new car to transport my daughter to her appointments and to go to places like the grocery store. 

The current car we have sometimes stalls and I was hoping to get something safer.  I took it to a manic to have looked at, but he couldn't find anything wrong.  Still, it stalled coming back from horse therapy and coming back from Speech Therapy.  Now my Mom has taken us to appointments, but she has her own life and derves to be Grandma instead of chauffer.

I've been trying to save my own money for this, but I'm afraid my car might not make it until I can,  It's really hard being on social security because we are only allowed to save a little bit, and it's not much money in the first place. So we're looking for any help we can get.

We have to drive an hour every week for Speech Therapy. We also have to drive over 60 miles to go to a special dentist that serves those with Autism.  She also goes to physical therapy which is about a 20 minute drive away, or to some of their activities like theraputic horses or swimming. The grocery stores with the best prices and some of the foods we need for allergies are also out of town and we need to be able to carry our groceries back,  We don't need this car just for frivolous things!

We can't ride the bus because of my daughter's senses will overload if we do that.  It's also extremely hard for her to wait for anything without throwing a fit.  She has to wear a harrness on her school bus, and that bus comes to the house so she doesn't have to wait.
