Replace stolen tools

This young man Louis west has been helping out at my shop refit. He brought £1000 worth of tools that he has saved up for to get the job completed. 
Unfortunatly last night the shop was broken into and all his tools have been taken. Unfortunately he did not have any insurance.
he was planning on starting his own  joinery business but with out tools.
i am hoping to raise some money towards replacing his tools or at least some of them.
