Laura's Maternity Leave

We had a solid gameplan in place for Laura to take time off when Arwen was born, but between car repairs, child support stopping suddenly, and other miscellaneous unexpected financial troubles we are in a tough spot. 

We explored short term disability but Laura works for a small business so the government doesn't allow her to take advantage of that program. 

Laura also has no vacation time accrued because her job recently changed ownership so she's working towards building up time off, but by the time Arwen arrives Laura will have around 8hrs accrued.
