Aries vet bill

My dog aries is really sick, all of a sudden last night Jan 25th his back legs became paralyzed and he is shivering really bad and hasn't eaten or drank anything and we  are extremely worried for our dog anyone who knows me knows that my dogs are my life,  we need help getting him to the vet, we just signed a lease to a new house and it took all of our money this couldn't have happened at a worse time if any of my friends could please help with anything it would be extremely appreciated thank you
