Antwon M. Rose II Memorial Fund
Antwon M. Rose II was shot in the back three times by an East Pittsburgh Police Officer. He deserved so much better than this. He was a beloved member of the community and, most of all, a dear son, brother and family member. The limits of his possibilities were boundless. We do not want his name to become “just another hashtag.” We have created this fund in hopes to create a vehicle to help preserve his memory and share the generosity of spirit that he was so well known for.+ Read More
Hi. Just in case you don’t have Facebook (that would be me), I wanted to make sure all of you are aware of the Birthday Celebration for Antwon on July 12th 2018 from 12 noon to 8 pm here in Rankin Pa. I can’t believe my baby won’t be here to celebrate his 18th birthday and I don’t know how I am going to be able to cope that day but I know that Antwon has my back so with him and for him I will do anything. So if you are in the area please stop by. Kyra, KyChelle and myself can use as much love and support that the world is willing to give. Much love and forever #IamAntwonsmom
Hello everyone. I just wanted to thank everyone for the well wishes and donations. I wish I could respond to each and every one of you but please understand reading them takes a tol on me emotionally and mentally. I have been trying to go through the process and did manage to have one night where I got a chance to laugh. As a family we appreciate all of you and hope to one day either meet in person or respond to your comments. Please know that if I don’t reach out for a few days I am just going through my own issues. If you continue to post your comments I will continue to read them and use them for motivation to continue to push forward. #Justicefor Antwon because he is not what you think he is.
Good Morning, I am truly amazed at all your generosity. I just can’t wrap my mind around all of the love we are being shown. Myself and Kyra are beyond grateful. I’m so lost and confused that I forgot to pay my phone bill lol. I realize that everyone is concerned for my well being but I ask that you do as I do whenever I start feeling down...just look at Antwon’s photos with that infectious smile and you will smile too. I know I do!
Hello everyone. I am so over joyed to hear that not only was Antwon NOT a shooter he would also NOT BEEN charged had he have lived. You don’t have to believe anything I say just listen to the Allegheny County DA Steven Zapalla interview today. I am beyond grateful for all of the love and support that has been afforded me and my family. Today’s action by the DA was only due the pressure and support from all of you. I will forever be grateful. Please keep us in your prayers and I will pray for all of you.
