Dominic's House will be the First Mens Recovery House in Hanover, PA . Dominic's House will house 6-8 men recovering from substance abuse disorder, It will be a Home that will be structured. Structure is key in recovery. We will teach living skills, coping skills, for daily life while laying a foundation for continued sobriety.
This is the next step after inpatient rehab. Anthony's Way has purchased a home that will open January 15th 2018 . We will need to purchase basic items to furnish the home that is needed to pass a voluntary Recovery inspection for the State of PA , items must be new .(Parr) Please help us to reach our goal to continue to offer a new way of life for men recovering from the grips of addiction. The house is named after my sons only child Dominic, Anthony's Way was established in March of 2015, We have helped over 150 people by funding treatment as well as other needs associated with disease of addiction. We are a part of both Pennsylvania and Maryland communities helping individuals struggling with substance abuse.
Anthony's Way will continue to do outreach and assist anyone trying to break the grips of addiction in both Maryland and Pennsylvania, as the need is great.
We are focused on getting the Dominics House ready to open in January , But we are establishing a house to open in the Westminister, Maryland area as well later in the year.
I am just a Mom using my heartache and pain as fuel to help others find the road to recovery. I am determined to never have another parent bury their child from the horrible disease of Addiction. Please help us to continue to help others. We need your support!!
