Anthony Faulk

My father Anthony Faulk is at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center following an injury while working as a Security Officer at Psychiatric Emergency Services. He is currently in critical condition. Our family has been touched by the outpouring of support that we have received from the community, therefore we decided to set up this page for those who wish to give.  My father is a great dad and a hard working man. He has children and grandchildren that love him very much.  

Our family truly appreciate everybody's prayers, thoughts, and support for my dad during this time.
