It is with sad hearts that I let you all know that Nana/Mum passsed away early this morning. She has gone to be with Papa/Dad now. Once we can pay the hospital bill we will bring her home to rest with him.
Our Mum/Nana is in critical condition in Merida, Mexico. She was down visiting a friend when she fell severely ill. She has been in the hospital for 8 days and if treatment is stopped she will not be able to push through and at the age of 76 will not be able to survive the removal of medical support. We were informed by the hospital that the bill to date is already $9000 USD and will continue to grow. If we are unable to begin paying towards the bill her treatments will be stopped. Please help us so that we can get her well enough to bring home to Canada where she can continue to receive medical care here with her family.
