Angela needs a third back fusion

When Angela was 6 years old she was hit by a drunk driver permanently knocking her vertebrae out of place. This led to a lifetime of deteriorating disc disease and scoliosis in the lower part of her back. At the age of 30 Angela underwent her first back fusion and thought there would be no more such procedures in her future. 2 years ago she had to have another back fusion procedure performed and it did not take properly. Now she must undergo a third procedure, but this one will be far more invasive because the doctors must remove all the hardware from the second Fusion and reconstruct her lower spine and fuse it all back together again. Once Angela has undergone this third procedure her doctors estimate no less than 2 months needed for her back to fully heal and for her to return to an active lifestyle where she can help provide for her family. In her free time Angela volunteers taking care of the elderly because at one time she used to be a CNA. Now she can't even do that because the pain in her back is so severe. Her husband Kevin works a full-time job for wages considered below minimum wage in many parts of the country, and with Angela's upcoming surgery the financial hardship could be too much for them to manage without your help.
