Funding Needed to Complete Two Kayak Books

Hello, friends.
My love affair with watersports began when I grew up in Minnesota, ‘The Land of 10,000 Lakes.’ I bought my first kayak in 1988, when kayaking was relatively unknown. SUP boarding didn’t originate until 25 years later. When I first began paddling, I was flying by the seat of my pants by trial and error. Since then, I’ve kayaked over 200 lakes, rivers, bays and harbors of the 264 destinations featured in Paddling California’s Flat Waters.
My mission is to create the best paddler’s guide possible so others can experience the same pleasure as I have.
My second book project, Gearing Up to Go Paddling contains what you need to know before you go. It features advice and practical tips from decades of experience. Gearing Up to Go Paddling is a valuable resource how to maintain your safety and respond effectively to situations that you may encounter. It is the ‘go to handbook’ for the paddling enthusiastic that covers all the basics from your first stroke to everything else in between.
