I'm raising funds for an art studio!
I'd like to set up my own live/work studio, and share my unique craft(s) with the world... on the internet.
^I cut these designs from mat board, the material in a frame between the glass and the art.
I have an open-source ethic, and plan on detailing/sharing how I create the things I make. I've taught myself mat cutting in the last eight years.
I cut the pieces of mat board above & below by hand. For photo realistic work, and lettering I use an embossing technique. No ruler, compass, or protector... all hand cut "straight" lines:
I have also worked with bicycle chain and keyrings (since 1991) to make the designs below (and many more):
There are many designs in my minds-eye that have yet to physically materialize.
Please help me if you can, and in turn, I'll share details with the world about the unique art crafts I've developed in the last 25 years.

I have a few "rewards" people can get, based on support levels. My goal is a bit small to "start a studio", but it will get me started. The chain art "rewards" will be some of my favorites I've made over the years. They will be signed with an engraver. Any donation level will help, and I'll be grateful for whatever donation you can offer. I have historically undervalued my work, to "move the goods", just working on a donation basis. It's time for me to build a real studio, and create epic work!
I will create and post instructions on HOW to do the things I do. There have been a bunch of unique techniques I've developed over the years, I think hobbyists, artists, and makers will enjoy my tips.
^I'd love to finish my birdsuit, it has made many people laugh and smile!
