Jordyn Turner's Junior Olympic Dream

Hello friends and family, we are excited to announce that Jordyn Turner had another excellent season of track & field and we have put this page together to help reaise money for him to attend the USATF Track & Field National Junior Olympic Championships in Houston, TX this summer from July 21-27. As you may know, Jordyn is a 6th grader at Robert Fite Elementary and in addition to being a great student, he participates in many sports including track & field, basketball, football, and baseball; however, he particularly excels at track & field. He has been participating in track & field for the past 4 years and has consistently ranked as All-American (top 20 nationally) or Honor Roll (top 100 nationally) in his core events (400M and 800M) on the national elite youth list for his age group. This year has been particularly exciting as he is currently ranked #1 in the country in the 11-12 age group for the 800M and #3 in the country for the 11-12 age group in the 400M putting him in excellent position to contend for the title of national champion in those events at the Junior Olympics. Funds raised her would cover his entire trip including registration, airfare, lodging, and meals. Any level of support would be helpful and greatly appreciated in making Jordyn’s Junior Olympic aspirations a reality.
