Lets start the end of homelesness

Our organization first gives the homeless self worth by teaching them they still have things the society needs, second they are more than capable of supporting themselves and the life they so despise there is a way out besides substance abuse or death. Currently we are working on acquiring two buildings. The first building is for housing, the second is a training center where the homeless will cycle through unskilled positions including retail, sales, janitorial, food service and several other positions. Once their strengths are identified we will move them to participating companies for long term employment. A lot of homeless have jobs but live in cars or tents, some cant get places to live because they have no rental history. We will help them get that and help them over hurdles they have with gaining employment such as criminal records. At this point we will not be working with any sex offenders due to the extra needs. There will be no drugs, alcohol, or weapons onsite and no drinking or drugs off site, random drug testing will be procedural. Currently no other organizations do what we will be doing. We will be giving support to those who want it and are ready to leave their bad habits and the life they loathe behind. We will be providing addiction support, mental support and moral support. We will accept every American citizen to the program. Non-Americans will be offered a one time shower, meal and direction to where they can become a citizen. Once they establish citizenship we will help them. Everyone needs a non judgmental helping hand and as long as they want the help we will be there. We will support them but not do it for them. We have a list of opportunities we want to be able to provide including : affordable housing , skill development, job stability and training. We are currently looking for legal help to establish our non-profit, donations, volunteers and networking assistance in order to get our facility opened and be able to help our community and communities all over the us . The current “help” consists of day labor employment that often costs more to work a day than what they get from that days wages, while those businesses profit off the backs and effort of those who have no other options. We will provide a separate day labor pool where local businesses can get workers ready for long term employment as well as short term help. We are creating a solution not a band-aid We stand by our residents 24 hrs a day 7 days a week to ensure their success. We know this will work because we have been at rock bottom and pulled out every single time and know what it takes to guide someone on the right path to success. We already have a large interest and would like to get it up and running as soon as possible. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
