Amazon has screwed me over.

Hey everyone, the reason I've created this now is because I've just recently found out that I actually need to make a trip back to my country so I can renew my passport before March but I can't really do that without being able to work and make a living through my art which I do via digital artwork on a laptop, however amazon have really screwed me over and have kept me without a laptop for over 3 months now and have been delaying a refund for excuse after excuse.

Proof and transcript history

The main gist of the story without making this into a novel is that I ordered a laptop off of Amazon in October.
They never delivered but said they had so after several call to find out where it was they ban my partners account saying he's " constantly asking for a refund" when he asked its whereabouts once and just wanted to find out where it was and get it delivered.
Say they'll un-ban him in on call and 5 mins later say he is permabanned for again "asking for a refund on a delivered item", calls up again and then they fix that and say its been delivered and they will do nothing about this.
Finally find out we need to file a police report to take this to the next step in getting it sent to us, make a report and send this report to Amazon.
Amazon says that's not good enough and we need a report that is dated, signed, numbered and stamped by our local station so to go into town and ask them for this, we do and get told police stations cant do this and we have to make a freedom of information request for this.
Do the request which takes ages and then send that to Amazon and get a prompt reply saying sorry it never arrived a replacement will be sent soon (Also made a complaint on how long and how much loss this has caused for my job as was given £5 "goodwill").
Replacement arrived and within THREE WEEKS the laptop goes into boot loop and as it turns out this brand and model are prolific with this fault so I lose all work I had at that time and anything on there prior. Amazon says to return via a Hermes drop off point on the 4th so we do so and we get no tracking updates for days, email to ask why and Hermes have lost it in transit to Amazon returns.
Tell amazon this and they say on the 9th that because it was lost they will put through a manual refund which takes 7 working days (18th) to go through MAX, call on the 18th as no updates have been given and they inform us that it has arrived to them on the 16th so because of that it takes one more week for the refund to be put through.
Not exactly happy with that my partner calls to ask why and they say on the phone not one week but two and that the email about the manual refund on the 9th was "misinformation" and they are sorry, after complaining on the phone they then said a "couple of days" but would not specify as to not get any hopes up, and to this point now we have had zero updates or communication regarding the matter.

My partner and I have put through countless complaints and still nothing has been done except empty apologies and refund date extensions.

It's been a really tough 3 months having to survive on the bare minimum and also having to pay bills so I'm hoping that you would be able to help me so that I could afford a viable laptop and be able to get my trip back to my home country so I can get my passport sorted out also before I lose and valid ID I have left.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
