Amazing Father of 3 Killed in Crash

An amazing friend and father (Neil Phelps) of three beautiful girls and a husband  was killed today in a tragic motorcycle accident. Neil was the most positive person I’ve ever known, his smile would light up a room, even when things were at there darkest, Neil would just take the edge off of any situation. Neil always talked about seeing his children go to college, I would really like to see Neil’s mission to see his daughters attend college still be realized, and I would also like to ease the hardship on his wife Lisa.
