Hello everyone, my name is Amanda Stanford! Im 19 years old, live in Dallas, Texas, and currently a developing illustrator and graphic designer. I've been drawing since I was fairly small(and I still am today!) and i've continued to develop my work every day since then!
As of right now i'm currently pursuing in the fine/visual arts. GoFundMe is a welcoming chance into helping pursue my career, as well as develpoing my art more effectively and easily. I've come here with an offer in achieving my dream goal: Wacom Cintiq Pro 13 ! Seeing as how i'm in college, with a low-income part-time job, doing this on my own is not as easy as it seems.
As of right now, i'm currently working in the traditional sense, using pens and paper. When it comes to the digital aspect, I have a Macbook Pro and a very small Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet. With a small workspace and closed-in area, creating digital artwork at home has become painful and not as much fun as it should be. With the donations, i'll be able to fund not only the cintiq itself, but also a new desktop tower, which will resolve several space issues. The Cintiq is known for it's monumental and beautiful hardware that's easy to use and to become comfortable with, as well as decreasing the chance of Carpal Tunnel!

Overall, this Cintiq means the world to me, it's always changed how I see the art world, and how I can stay in it professionally. All of my drawing career is leading up to one goal at a time, and this goal here is just the beginning. You will not only have my thanks, but you'll also have my eternal gratitude and appreciation. For years and years, I want to always be developing my work to bring people happiness and something that they care about, like "Gus" up there!
