Alyssa's Teddy Bear Drive

My daughter Alyssa(11yrs old) wants to keep the memory of her sister "Christine" alive. She asked me to help her start an organization to give a charitable donation for this holiday season, and years to come. After discussing a few ideas with her, Alyssa decided that she wanted to donate TEDDY BEARS to our local Methodist Childrens Hospital
Why Alyssa decided to donate Teddy Bears to other children. When the ambulance took Christine, the night she passed away. One of the very nice nurses distracted her by attending to her and giving her a Teddy Bear while Christine was being transported out of our house.
So I asked ALYSSA how many TEDDY BEARS she wanted to donate, and she said, “At least 50." We would like to start out with a $300 goal on this… They can buy as many TEDDY BEARS as the raised funds allows them too.

** Because of all the Support we recieved in 8days we reached our $300 goal. We will be increasing the amount for the sole purpose to donate "TEDDYBEARS YEAR ROUND." We have already started buying and giving these beautiful TeddyBears to children in the hospital. Non of this is possible without your help. I will be posting more pictures as we continue to pass out teddybears to the children..
So please consider a small donation of $5, $10 or more. It will be really nice for them to be able to present our local Childrens Hospital with a whole bunch of different Teddy Bears to comfort other children in similar situations.
