Alphie around the world is a global campaign to raise money for alpha-1 patients to get active. Team Alpha-1 Athlete is sending Alphie around the world to meet alphas and their supportere and eventually he will end up in Dubrovnik at the patient conference next year.
Our aim is to let alpha-1 patients have a chance to apply for funds to cover something to get them active or to keep them active. Like pay a gym membership or buy a bike or something else. For alpha-1 patients it is crucial to stay active and Team Alpha-1 Athlete works globally with advocacy about lungdisease and physical activity in general and Alpha-1 in particular.
