I know it is hard for you to understand right now why it hurts. I know it is hard for you to understand why you can’t play with your big sister Amaya right now like you use too. I wish I was able to take the eye patch off when your mom turns around and let you go run around with Amaya and play tag and it breaks our heart that we can’t and although you are struggling right now; you will recover.






My name is Eliel, I am Aliyah’s uncle. Aliyah has strabismus, Strabismus is the misalignment or wandering of one or both eyes either inward (called esotropia), outward (exotropia), up (hypertropia), or down (hypotropia) and requires surgery on her right eye so that she will not lose her eye sight completely. We are short $2,000.00 and we are in hopes of raising the rest of the money to get her eye surgery before it gets worse or she permanently loses her vision. It breaks my heart watching her like this and we want nothing more than to watch her play with her older sister Amaya and her brothers and be herself again. Anything and everything is appreciated from the bottom of our hearts.
