Alex Fellows selling art to survive

Hello, my name is Alex Fellows, and I am a cartoonist, painter, and animator. I make a living as a designer and animator of interactive learning modules for the aviation industry. The company I work for was recently taken under the wing of some venture capitalists. After two years, they cut the cord, and simply decided to quit funding the company and stop paying salaries. This was done (illegally) without any warning, without a 2 weeks notice, and without any severance pay. So this left me ( and the 4 other people I worked with ) without any work, and without a T4 (W2). I made a very middle-class salary at this job, and like lots of people, I am always hit with a new bill or a tax thing before I can save up for situations like this. 

I realize that if everybody who lost their job was creating a GoFundMe page, the internet would literally catch on fire. That's why, for your support, I will offer original art at very affordable prices. If you buy one of these, you will also be supporting my wife (a school teacher), and my 6 year old son (unemployed like me).

These paintings and drawings I am selling mean a lot to me, but I'll be more than happy to sell them to somebody who has offered to help me through this rough patch.
