Aispuro Legal Aid & Reunification

Donation protected
I am writing as a wife and mother desperate to reunite my family.  My husband came to the United States from Mexico in 2003 at age 17.  We met and fell in love and got married in 2009.   We have two young sons, ages 3 years and 20 months who adore him.   We have been attempting to get his greencard "the right way" since 2009.  It has cost us many thousands of dollars, and has taken 8 years, but finally we were granted an I601A waiver.  This waiver allows him to re-enter the United States legally.  Before he can come in legally, he needed to return to Mexico for an interview.  We were assured that this was essentially a technicality, since we already had permission for him to return.
However, to our shock and horror, at the interview in Mexico, he was unjustly barred from entering the United States for 10 years.  Our sons will be 12 and 13 years old before we can be together under the current situation, and the ban was made in error.   I have the documents to prove this injustice, but overturning a consulate decision is pushing a boulder uphill.
Now, we need to fight this injustice, but it is going to take money for legal fees.  Without your help, I don't know how I will afford the lawyer fees, document filing fees, etc., not to mention our medical bills, mortgage, daycare, and groceries.  I counted on his income to help us make ends meet, and I am scared and overwhelmed by our daunting situation.
Please, please, please help my husband, the father of my children come home to us.
