72 yr old woman needs one level apt

 PLEASE HELP ME MOVE TO A ONE LEVEL APARTMENT OR GET A STAIR CHAIR
My mother Louise Is 72 years old and suffers from multiple dibilitating diseases. We live in a 2 story townhouse style apt where she has lived for over 19 years. She can no longer climb the stairs to sleep in her room so she sleeps in the living room in a hospital bed. She has to go upstairs 3-4 times a week to shower and she has to crawl on all fours while crying  just to get upstairs. I fear she may fall again and get hurt worse this time. Last time she broke a piece of bone in her back which had to be fixed. I am 48 and live with her but I have physical dibilitating conditions which stop me from being able to help much. I have really bad knees and can not climb the stairs much myself so I stay upstairs in my room must of the time. We both live on a very low income and barely get through each month. To move to a one level apartment would mean the world to us. I know she would enjoy being able to shower daily  and I would enjoy being able to go outside and enjoy Gods given gifts of nature which the stairs stop me from doing.
