Aidan's Recovery and Resilience

Donation protected
'Just stopping by the skatepark for a quick ride,' Aidan told his dad as he headed back to college.

On April 29th, Aidan Schellings suffered a traumatic brain injury while skateboarding in Seattle. He remains in critical care, floating in and out of consciousness. He is struggling to wake up but right now his body and mind are not ready. His parents, Steve and Rebecca, and an army of friends are cheering him but we hope to recruit more friends, neighbors and skaters to help build a financial reservoir that will get him into the best rehab center for a vibrant 19-year-old.

The average inpatient stay at a rehab center is 30-40 days with costs of $200,000 or more. We don't know how long or how much, but the Schellings are going to need help with these bills in the next few months.

Please help how you can -- contribute to make sure Aidan gets the best care possible; provide support and wisdom to Aidan and his family through his Facebook page, Aidan Schellings' Recovery Page; and, pray. We love you Aidan.
