What do you do if you’re a kid in college when a global pandemic hits and you suddenly get sent home? If you’re Aidan Reilly and his friends, you tackle the national food insecurity and hunger crisis. Their nonprofit Farmlink Project has worked with more than 100 farms and 300 communities in the United States, rescuing and moving nearly 77 millions pounds of food to distribute more than 64 million meals.
