Like it says up above, I’m making a goal to get my top surgery, and I’d like to get the money together by next year.
(I know some of you are on here from my Facebook, so I’ll explain what top surgery is. In short, it’s a gender affirming surgery that makes the chest more masculine by removing breast tissue.)
