Please help me do something great for my son!

I have no idea what to write. Ive tried to tell my story so many times but ive always done it the wrong way.
And like a thousand others ive even joined facebook groups, written to tv shows, tried my luck on youtube, gone to budget planning and so on. I havent tried full on gambling though haha.
I need help surprising my son with the greatest and yet most basic thing. A home!
We live in an area with really cheap houses but i cant get a loan as my income isnt high enough.
Some teens dream about their own bike or their own horse.
My son wants a place to settle down for good!

My son and i are both very allergic to household chemicals such as washing detergent, bathroom spray, window cleaning etc.
A few years back i used to love buying new scents for our home....now i know that smell can kill you!
Most people use alot of these. When living in a house with alot of units the smells tend to travel into the other units. A shared laundry room is not good either. Even if i clean out the washing machine before i use it the detergent the person before me used will stick to my clothing. I am more sensitive than my son so i have to handwash all my stuff. If i dont, i get very bad rashes all over my body even if i dont use any detergent in my loads. This is all very time consuming and energy draining. A doctor has told me i need to find a place free from the things my body is reacting to. but it seems to be impossible. Thats why im reaching out!
You might be thinking to yourself: "oh well a little smelly air cant be that bad? this must be a dramaqueen!"
well.....let me tell you how a normal day might look like.
6:30 wake up. heart palpatations and difficulty breathing. face swollen and stomach and lungs aching. rushing to shut the window as the smoke from the neighbours chimney is blowing our direction.
7:30 people start using the laundry room in the basement and im praying they will remember to shut the door so the fumes wont travel out to the staircase. i go down and make sure the door is shut. i go outside to get some fresh air but the chimney is blowing out smoke making it hard to breathe and my eyes itch. i go inside.
all day up till 22:00 is the same. avoiding air that makes me feel like im gonna fall down dead. its so scary how it can affect the heart and lungs.
some days are worse than others. depends on what i come into contact with.
i love going for long walks outside....far away from everything. Thats the only time i get sensation back in my skin and my brain wakes up.
I cant afford a house. I am 38yrs old. I have struggled to get through every day during those 38 years. I have autism and a form of EDS which makes every day very painful and hard to deal with. I cant work.
I hear it all the time though "oh its easy, just get a job and work like the rest of us and stop asking for money!"
Yes that would be awesome! Id like it if that was possible! Believe me ive tried!

I feel like im at a crossroad. My body is slowly caving in. Prolonged exposure is not good at all!
So i feel desperate to find a toxic free place for me and my son to live. Far away from industries, chemicals and laundromats!
I hope u can have the heart to gift 1 sek at least.
There are so many cheap houses (100000-400000SEK) here in the area and im hoping it will be our turn to buy one of them soon!
However..."rich" kind of people are always looking for cheap summer houses. So there arent any houses to rent either. People seem to rather sell them.
If you dont feel like gifting money but u are scrolling through this site trying to find something to spend a good deed on id be open for a loan as well.
As i said. I want to make a change for me and my son.
Also if you have any ideas on how i can get a loan please contact me!
