Little Superheroes Walk for Jamie

Jamie Harkin has won the battle against cancer twice in his 17 years. He now is living with the after effects of the disease and is extremely unwell at the minute. Jamie founded the Jamie’s Journie charity last year to help children and their families who are battling against cancer, as he knows first-hand how tough it is.

 Jamie is extremely unwell at the minute and facing one of the toughest legs of his jounie. A lot of serious side effects from this cancer treatments over the last 5 years has taken its toll on Jamie.  

 A group of the Jamie’s Journie parents are holding a ‘Little Superheros walk for Jamie’ on Saturday 7th May in St Columb’s park in Derry and it will be completed by children that Jamie has helped over the last year.

We all want to give a little something back to Jamie as he has given so much to our sick children and their families. He is such an inspirational young man and dedicates so much time and effort to his beloved Jamie's Journie charity and now it's time we show how much we love and care for him.
