ADSB's VEX World Robotics Support

For the first time ever, our district has qualified 2 VEX teams (one high school team and one elementary school team), for the VEX World Championships.
This trip, to Louisville Kentucky involves a 12-hour drive, with entry fees and trip costs totalling over $10,000 for the two teams to attend this event. Our school board has generously donated half of these costs to support registration and travel costs. We are half-way there.
Would you be willing to help support our drive to get this event?
We are hoping to raise this by April 1st to secure our travel arrangements.
Funds raised would assist to defray the remaining hotel and event costs, and any extra funds would be graciously extended to assist with new teams looking to start next season.
This is an amazing program, that promotes STEM fields in real-world applications and excites students to start future career pathways. We would be grateful for any assistance you can offer.
We thank Algoma District School Board, Sault College, TenarisAlgomaTubes, the Professional Engineers of Ontario (Algoma Chapter) and the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists for their unwavering support in getting our teams and our program to this level.
