Help Provide Food For Benue IDPs

Donation protected
More than 80,000 people have been displaced in Benue State, Nigeria, due to herdsmen invading their homes and killing hundreds. With their homes burnt down and their farms forcefully seized by the herdsmen, we now have thousands of people including children and pregnant women presently homeless.

The government feeds them once a day, and most days some families don't get anything to eat. We're working with good Samaritans on ground to provide food, mattresses, toiletries, and clothes.

Below are some of the items we want to buy in large quantities in addition to medications, toiletries, pads, and mattresses.

A bag of rice is N17,000 ($47),
A bag of garri is N11,000, ($30)
A Bag of corn is N13,000 ($36)
A carton of soap is N3,000 ($8)
20 liters of groundnut oil is N12,000 naira ($33)

A bag of rice would feed between 10 to 15 families for a week.
Please help us put a smile on their faces.
