Bula/Hello potential donors,

I am Augustus Raddock (Gus) formerly of Fiji and currently residing in South Australia.

I am in a wheelchair a result of a motor vehicle accident some 30 years ago.

For some years now, I have been involved in organising  and shipping  charity containers to Fiji with the assistance of Rotary Australian-Donations in Kind (DIK-Rotary) and the Fiji Association of South Australia (FASA)

We have shipped mainly medical equipment such as electric hospital beds, mattresses, wheelchairs,, commodes ,walking frames etc to hospitals in Fiji and the occasional container of teaching and  educational aids to rural schools in Fiji.

Benefactors in Fiji have been Tamavua, Sigatoka, Tavua, Vunidawa, Levuka, St Giles Hospital, Viti Spinal Injuries Association (VSIAF), nursing homes, destitute and persons with a disability.

We  anticipate a shipment to Fiji consisting of medical equipment/supplies to rural hospitals/centres along with educational supplies to needy schools in Fiji. Loading date confirmed 3rd August 2019.

These containers will be distributed by VSIAF in Fiji.

Follow this link for more info on VSIAF headed by Paul McGoon:

The contents of these charity containers have been kindly donated by DIK/Rotary, headed by Dave Cockshell and his team who operate a warehouse near the Edinburgh Airbase here in Adelaide.
