Pete Reed and Derek Coleman treat Iraqi soldiers and civilians right in the path of fire, far closer than other medical providers. Without their proximity to the fighting, many more wounded would die. But their location also means they are at enormous risk."
They're also constantly in need of supplies given they do not have the supply chains that the United States military or larger NGOs (further away from the fighting) also have.
I met Pete years ago while partying in Central Square, Cambridge, MA. We're still FB friends, so when I found out what he was doing I asked Pete what we can do to help from the United States. He said he needs cash donations, and a new website. I'm working on getting him a new website, but in the mean time - let's get him a bunch of cash for supplies to treat the injured innocent.
