After having successful surgery in December, 2016, I have just completed my physiotherapy program to rebuild strength and mobility. I am able to go back to the gym and slowly increase upper body strength, particularly in my right arm after the injury and years of atrophy.
Due to the nature of WCB's mandate, I have been left on my own to find a new suitable job that is within my limitations. Like most people, the vast job banks online were a good place to start. Or so one would think.
After being hired and given assurance to a legitimate position, on my second day there it is closed down and I am left to pay. Not only was I not paid my wages, but have been completely abandoned and radio silence by the employer. A link describes the event and the employers cold comments when asked about me.
Facing the extent of the madness perpetrated by the Trudeau government, alone, with little income , still needing employment, I am left to turn to the grace of my fellow women and men for help.
I have been looking forward to being able to return to work as a functioning member of society, and am now being pushed in the exact opposite direction. I will not let this dampen my spirit or the gift I have to lift others up! I am eternally grateful to all for the support so far and continuing to do so! I love you all so very dearly and this will only make my heart swell, never shrink at the injustice's done. That is what makes my love and kindness grow.
