Medical equipment for Malcolm

Hello my name is Demi and I've created this for my son Malcolm. Malcolm was born with a rare condition called Sacral Agenesis or also known as Caudal Regression Syndrome. He is missing vertebrae L3-L5 so he basically has no tailbone and has dislocated hips. During my pregnancy his condition wasn't detected so I only found out he had CRS when he was born. Malcolm has already seen many different doctors and I've been told to start to save and prepare to purchase a wheelchair. He is a very strong boy already so I think he will be able to stand and maybe walk a little with some assistance, but I know him having a wheelchair will be a huge help for him in being a little more independent. Braces for his legs and casts for his feet is also something he's going to be needing in a couple months. Malcolm recently got an MRI of his brain and spine which showed he has a syrinx in his spinal cord. A syrinx is a pocket of fluid and his doctor was concerned with the size and told me that he would be needing surgery soon to have it removed. Not having it removed could lead to neurological problems later down the line so its better to have the surgery sooner rather than later. 
I love my son more than anything in the world and I'm trying to do everything I can to make sure he gets the proper medical treatment he needs and thats why I'm here today asking for help. Any assistance at all would mean the world to us as Im currently unable to work because I stay home with Malcolm and have nobody to watch him for me. It was honestly tough in the beginning, juggling doctors visits, getting him set up with physical and occupational therapy, co-pays, endless bills, and being a single mother on top of that was hard. But Im so thankful that God blessed me with such a supportive family who is always there for Malcolm and I.
