Get Lindsey Upstairs ASAP
Donation protected
The loveable Lindsey Burke has suddenly lost her ability to walk. Getting Lindsey upstairs to her bedroom and the shower is an extremely difficult task, even when there are three people assisting her. Lindsey needs a stair lift chair, an outdoor ramp to enter the house, and grab bars in the bathroom. She needs these things ASAP to insure the safety of herself and her helpers.
Lindsey is one of three sisters who have Sanfilippo Syndrome, Type C - a degenerative genetic disease. Although each sister has their own struggles, Lindsey is having the most difficult time. She no longer smiles, talks, or walks, and she spends many of her days on the floor crying or screaming in pain. Lindsey is rarely able to find pleasure in any activity and struggles to be comfortable in her own body.
Lindsey's life is tough enough, let's at least help her get up the stairs!
